```Duties```
- Greet and welcome clients and their pets to the veterinary clinic
- Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and manage the front desk
- Collect and update patient information, including medical history and insurance details
- Assist veterinarians and veterinary technicians with various procedures and treatments
- Handle financial transactions, including processing payments and managing invoices
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area and waiting room
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns
```Experience```
- Previous experience working in a veterinary clinic or animal care environment is preferred
- Knowledge of animal handling techniques and pet care practices
- Familiarity with laboratory procedures and aseptic techniques
- Experience in pet sitting, dog training, or dog handling is a plus
- Understanding of veterinary critical care and basic medical terminology
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
