Pay: $20 - $27.59 per hour
(Pay is determined based on a scale of 0-16+ years of experience)
Summary of benefits:
OOA covers part or all of the cost for Health, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, and Long-term Disability Insurance. Employees are eligible to participate in a 401k plan with company matching. Referral Scheduler Summary:
As a Referral Scheduler for Olympia Orthopaedic Associates, you will have the opportunity to be the first point of contact for patients who are referred to our practice and ensure they receive the highest standard of care. Some of your duties will include calling out to schedule patients, registering patients in our Electronic Medical Record (EMR), and verifying insurance eligibility requirements.
This position offers great opportunity for growth and cross-training within our Registration department.
Referral Scheduler Requirements:

Minimum of one year of experience in a medical office setting.

Excellent customer service skills, and the ability to interact with patients, families, and staff in a professional manner.
