Our mission is to help BCBAs start their own in-home ABA practice. We provide BCBAs with everything they need to go independent, from finding clients to credentialing, scheduling, billing and recruiting. Our vision is to build the platform that all BCBAs can use to start their own tech enabled clinic.
You will be able to build your dream team and start seeing kiddos in your area in as little as 2 - 4 weeks.
What the role entails!
- Conduct comprehensive assessments, including functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and skill assessments
- Develop and monitor individualized ABA treatment plans for clients, setting measurable goals and objectives
- Supervise, train, and support RBTs in the implementation of treatment plans
- Evaluate client progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary
- Attend team meetings and participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities
- Maintain client confidentiality and adhere to ethical guidelines established by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
- Helping our staff understand what features are most important to help parents and providers in offering the best quality of care
- Communicate with our team on billing and insurance to meet payor requirements and submission deadlines
Qualifications
- BCBA Certification
- Applicable licensure to practice within Georgia
- Strong leadership skills
- Passionate about delivering high-quality, personalized care.
- Driven, with a strong desire to establish an independent practice.

Earning Range: $90,000 - $125,000 per year
