**Job Overview:**
We are seeking a dedicated Human Resources Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for various HR functions, ensuring compliance with labor regulations and providing support to our clients.
**Responsibilities:**
- Oversee employee onboarding and conduct orientation sessions
- Manage HR sourcing activities, including posting job openings and screening resumes
- Handle employee relations, including conflict management and resolution
- Assist in the administration of employee benefits and compensation programs
- Maintain accurate HR records and documentation
- Coordinate workforce management activities, such as scheduling and attendance tracking
- Support HR projects, including policy development and implementation
- Collaborate with management on workforce planning and recruitment strategies
**Requirements:**
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
- Proven experience as an HR Specialist or similar role
- Knowledge of employment laws, OSHA, workers' compensation, and labor regulations
- Strong understanding of HR processes, including contract management and employee orientation
- Proficiency in ADP or similar HRIS software
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
- Demonstrated skills in project management and problem-solving
- Nice-to-have skills: Conflict management expertise, workforce management experience
