Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Front Desk Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our front desk area. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in hotel management and exceptional guest relations skills.
Responsibilities:
- Manage all front desk activities, including check-ins, check-outs, and resolving guest issues
- Train and supervise front desk staff to ensure high-quality customer service
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations
- Handle reservations, cancellations, and inquiries promptly and professionally
- Perform night audit duties as needed
- Maintain knowledge of hotel services, local attractions, and events
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Experience:
- Proven experience in hotel management or a similar role
- Proficiency in phone systems and front desk software
- Strong hospitality and guest relations skills
- or multilingual proficiency is a plus
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
