- Help organize, maintain, and streamline office procedures, supporting managers and team members from time to time as needed.
- Enter invoices and support general accounts payable processes.
- Greet visitors and take calls to direct them to the appropriate person or department.
- Work with coworkers to provide administrative support as needed for their workload.
- Organize daily, weekly, and monthly tasks in a clear and effective manner.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and other arrangements as needed.
- Assist with document preparation, back-office tasks, and follow up correspondence.
- Perform general clerical duties including photocopying, scanning, filing, generating reports, and data entry.
- Support project management activities and team communications.
- Maintain and stock supplies, stock conference rooms, maintain basic cleanliness in the office
- Handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
- Microsoft suite (Word, Excel, Access) experience
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work well with others and foster a positive work environment
- Must be detail-oriented with excellent time management & organizational skills
- Required to work onsite daily at our Bloomington, MN office
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: From $19.00 per hour
Expected hours: 25 – 40 per week
