About You
MaxWell Clinic is seeking a Front Desk Hospitality & Patient Experience Advocate (Monday-Friday) to join our team. If you are a fast learner who thrives in a fast-paced environment, can think on your feet, and is passionate about healthcare and wellness, this role is perfect for you. You will be the first point of contact for our patients, ensuring they feel welcome and supported from the moment they walk through our doors.

EMR Experience: Experience using an Electronic Medical Record system is a plus, but not required.
Key Responsibilities:
Patient Engagement: Greet and attend to patients with enthusiasm in person, over the phone, and electronically.
First Impressions: Serve as the welcoming face of MaxWell Clinic, responding to patient requests and supporting coworkers.
Care Coordination: Manage patient inquiries and provide seamless care coordination to ensure a smooth patient experience.
Administrative Support: Handle tasks such as scheduling patients, answering phones, and collecting payments.
Reception Maintenance: Keep the reception area neat and orderly, anticipating and addressing patient needs.
Patient Experience: Collaborate with the MaxWell team to optimize and deliver an outstanding patient experience.
Service Communication: Understand and confidently communicate MaxWell Clinic’s services to patients.
EMR Documentation: Use the Electronic Medical Record system to document and communicate with patients and staff.
Education and Experience:
High School Diploma or Equivalent:** Required.
Administrative or Hospitality Experience: At least 1 year of experience in a relevant role with excellent references.
EMR System Experience: Preferred but not required.
