DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: As a Real Estate Operations Manager, you will oversee and coordinate all aspects of real estate operations to ensure efficient and effective management of properties. Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- Coordinating with Team Lead and the Team –member
- Coordinating with Admins for Open Houses
- Assisting Listing Manager in Listing consultation
- Interviewing New candidates, as and when required
- Tracking Employee login hours
- Agent marketing compliance
- All steps of onboarding:headshots, email signing etc
- Tracking social media post and developing interactions
- Coordinating with social media managers
- Tracking the closings and updating
- Coordinating with Team lead for schedules and meets
- Collaborating with marketing department for events
- Collaborating with Video editor for updates
- Providing leadership, guidance, and mentorship to the real estate operations team.
- Promoting a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Oversee all aspects of the seller's transactions from initial contact to executed purchase agreement.
- Consult & coordinate with sellers on all property photos, staging, repairs, cleaning, signage, lockbox, access requirements & marketing activities.
- Obtain all necessary signatures on listing agreement, disclosures and other necessary documentation.
- Input all listing information into MLS and marketing websites and update as needed.
- Submit all necessary documentation to the office broker for file compliance.
- Input all necessary information into client database and transaction management systems.
- Prospect and conduct lead generation activities to create new business as needed.
- Work alongside Buyers' Agents to ensure contracts are negotiated to closing.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Valid Texas Real Estate License
- At least 1 year experience working in the Houston market as a licensed Texas Real Estate Agent
- Has closed at least 5 transactions
- Computer literate
- Ability to use or quickly learn real estate specific CRM and marketing/lead technologies
- Self motivated and able to perform tasks independently
- Professional in attitude and appearance
HOURS & COMPENSATION
- Full Time | 10:00AM – 5:00PM (Mon-Fri)
- Work at the office
- $20 per hour
