Schedule: Monday to Friday
Work Environment: Outpatient Treatment Center | Dual Diagnosis Programming
Compensation $70,000-$87,000 + $12,000 Sign-On Bonus
About the Role:
The Assessment & Intake Coordinator is responsible for completing assessments and coordinating intakes for the facility's partial hospitalization, intensive outpatient, and outpatient programs. Engages family throughout the assessment process to help support the client in starting the appropriate programming. Conducts initial pre-authorization reviews and concurrent authorization reviews for clients with insurance. Interacts with members of the medical/clinical team to provide an initial service plan and admission summary. All duties are to be done in accordance with Joint Commission, Federal and State regulations.

Qualifications
- Licensed Clinician - Clinical license preferred (Must be licensed in Maryland or able to transfer license prior to start date).
- All direct care staff must be CPR certified prior to beginning employment
- Minimum of 1 year of non-internship experience with family therapy and/or substance use or mental health treatment.
- Proficiency in evidence-based practices, including Motivational Interviewing, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, and Mindfulness.
- Master's Degree in a relevant field
