Job Summary:
Support parts, service and warehouse operations in an efficient and safe manner through application of clerical and organizational skills.

Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Accurate and timely completion of quote requests, customer parts orders and technician parts requests.
- Provide excellent customer service to both internal and external customers.
- Process purchase orders in a timely manner to optimize balance between quickest fulfillment and freight cost.
- Perform inventory transfers and receipts as needed for technician stock.
- Communicate effectively with management and coworkers on issues and opportunities.
- Understand and adhere to safety rules and regulations.
- Support staff of shop and mobile technicians by prioritizing parts and supplies support.
- Accurately complete 100% of receiving and stock distribution by the end of each day.
- Understand and adhere to safety rules and regulations.
- Verify and document all shipments and received goods with their appropriate paperwork and labeling.
- Inspect incoming receipt of goods for damages, overages, and shortages.
- Take corrective action when inconsistencies and damage are noted.
- Pick outbound orders and technician requests with maximum accuracy.
- Support staff of shop and mobile technicians by prioritizing parts and supplies support.
- Maintain inventory bin locations in ERP system with high degree of accuracy.
- Distribute non-inventory items to appropriate parties.
- Package outgoing goods to insure their arrival in undamaged condition.
- Maintain a clean, safe and organized workspace.
- Perform periodic cycle counts to optimize inventory accuracy.
- Recognize errors and inconsistencies and take corrective action when found.
- Maintain organization of warranty, core and return parts to minimize loss.
- Assist with performance of annual inventory.
Job Knowledge:
- General knowledge of shipping and receiving best practices.
- Previous knowledge of hazardous material procedures and guidelines helpful.
- UPS and Federal Express manifest systems knowledge helpful.
Education & Experience:
- Minimum of High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Experience in warehouse, shipping and receiving preferred but not required.
Physical Demands:
This job requires the employee to work in areas where the associate may be exposed to heat, cold, moving equipment, tools and other hazards. Hazardous chemicals may also be present in the workplace. The associate will regularly be required to sit, stand, kneel, crouch and lift loads up to 75 pounds.
