Our contact center is located in Cape Girardeau, MO. We are a fun, close knit group of talented and hungry customer service professionals. We have a great opportunity and we are looking for a few more superstars to join our team. We have built a strong reputation with our tremendous products as well as our unmatched customer service and inside sales teams.

Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Utilize communication skills to interact with customers via phone, email, and chat.
- Demonstrate proficiency in data entry to accurately record customer information and transactions.
- Conduct outbound calling to follow up on customer inquiries and feedback.
- Analyze customer needs to recommend products/services and upsell when appropriate.
- Uphold phone etiquette standards and represent the company in a professional manner.
Minimum Experience:
- A minimum of 6 months of customer service experience required (can be retail, restaurant, etc.)
- Phone-related customer service within the home services industry is a major plus
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Stellar customer service skills – and an overwhelming desire to make lives better.
- Ability to use phone and computer systems.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Strong listening/comprehension skills.
- Ability to stay composed and objective.
- Conversational, patient and confident, with a positive attitude.

Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
