We are looking for an experienced waterjet operator, to setup and operate waterjet machines. Experience is required, minimum of 3 year. We prefer an individual who has experience operating FLOW machines but willing to train an adaptable operator. We offer an attractive salary and benefits package for the right individual. This position is being staffed from 2 pm - 12 AM Monday through Friday. Must be able to pass a drug test & background check. ICS is a NADCAP, AS9100 and ISO 9001, & ITAR participating employer.

ICS has been developing quickly over the early years of its establishment. Due to increased production demands we are in need of additional 2nd shift waterjet operators. We are looking for consistent, humble, & team oriented candidates who excel in fast paced & diverse environments.
Minimum Requirements
- 3 - 5 years experience as a waterjet operator / CNC operator. (FLOW product knowledge preferred)
- High School Diploma / Equivalent.
- Able to understand drawings, blueprints and .DXF files.
- Mechanically inclined to be able to maintain and service waterjet when necessary.
- Able to perform / learn to inspect 1st cut parts to adjust programs in order to replicate customer expectations.
- Able to stand for the duration of the shift.
- Able to lift 50 - 100 lbs.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Maintain safety & PPE use at all times.
- Cut parts according to the blueprints, interpreting the drawings provided.
- Maintains stock of insulation and metals by verifying inventory before the start of a new job.
- Programs cut guides that maximize use of the material provided.
- Setup of waterjet before use.
- Verifying the dimensions and details on the machines before starting work on the materials.
- Deburring any steel or other materials cut.
- Maintains equipment through preventative maintenance.
- Ensures safety guidelines are followed at all times when equipment is in use.
- Documenting work done per job each day.
- Inspect the parts to ensure they are done according to the print and verify the dimensions and specifications before and after each part
- Work with the team to promote the process driven environment.
