Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and administrative support in a professional office setting.
Responsibilities:
- Answer calls and delegate messages appropriately
- Scheduling and confirming appointments
- Obtaining and updating patient information
- Processing payments received electronically
- Handle faxes that come through and upload into EMR
- Verify insurance benefits and eligibility
Qualifications:
- Experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative, or similar role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Hands-on experience with office equipment (e.g., fax machines and printers)
- Professional attitude and appearance
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise
- Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
This position will need to be a well presented, articulate and confident individual who can multitask and provide exceptional customer service.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $24.00 per hour
Expected hours: 35 – 40 per week
