We’re looking for a Logistics Associate—someone to pack and ship orders, pronto.! The ideal candidate is a problem solver with quick-draw skills in the barcode scanner department. Data entry is a big part of it, so is cycle counting and generating labels and handling dollies. We don’t have a forklift yet, but we’ll probably get one soon. Should be pretty sweet. Responsibilities of a Logistics Associate:
- Pick and pack orders
- Manage and maintain the inventory located within the warehouse
- Represent the brand and troubleshoot internal and external customer issues
- Ensure all packing supplies are available and stocked at all times; proactively communicate when supplies need to be ordered
- Responsible for making sure all orders are packed perfectly and neatly
- Keep the warehouse safe, organized and in working condition at all times
- Be able to lift heavy boxes almost daily (50 pounds) - raw denim is not light
- Provide detailed reporting on a daily, weekly and monthly basis
- Work closely with customer service to resolve returns, reshipments and other issues
- Think in solutions, not problems while demonstrating sense of urgency
- Use bar code scanners, computers, data entry, generate labels
Qualifications of a Logistics Associate:
- Entrepreneurial attitude: must be self-managed and resourceful
- Incredibly organized
- Resume and application is 100% free of spelling or grammar errors
- Experience in retail, picking/packing, and shipping is preferred
- Experience working with USPS, DHL, Fedex and UPS
- Above and beyond communication skills
- Passionate about the fashion industry
- Empathetic to outstanding e-commerce customer experience
