Responsible for the coordination and execution of peak shopping events.
- Oversees all aspects of shopping events.
- Sets deadlines, assigns responsibilities, and monitors and summarizes progress of event project roadmap.
- Prepares reports for upper management regarding status of project/program.
- Requires a bachelor's degree and 4-7 years of experience in the field or in a related area.
- Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures.
- Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
- Performs a variety of tasks.
- Leads and directs the work of others.
- A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected.
- Reports to a head of a team.
Daily Schedule:
- Stakeholder management/ meetings daily
- Collab with internal teams and on global scale
- Status table management, workflow management
- Foundational PM mechanisms- update stakeholder list, workback schedule, communicating to leadership, meeting agendas
- PM tools/scheduling
- Outlook correspondence
- Keep program on track
Basic Requirements:
4-6+ years’ experience in Program Management
Bachelor’s Degree
Shopping/sales events
Excellent critical thinking, communication
Contract Length: 9 Months
Location: Remote
Pay Range: $42 - $47 per hour
