Job Description
- The front desk receptionist will be primarily responsible for greeting and checking-in patients, registration, scheduling appointments, insurance eligibility checking and answering incoming phone calls.
- The ideal candidate is friendly, compassionate, detail oriented, multi-tasks well, and has excellent written and oral communication skills.
You will join a team of highly qualified, compassionate, and experienced medical receptionists.
Requirements of this position:
Minimum: high school diploma and 1-2 years of customer service experience.
Preferred: Some college or college graduate, experience in a health care setting, 2+ years of front desk experience.
Hours will generally range from 7:45a-4:00p or 7:45a-5:00p M-Th and 7:45a-12:00p on Fridays. Start your weekend early with half day Fridays!
