Shift: Monday – Friday 8:30 am – 5:30 pm Weekends as circumstances warrant; on-call on a rotating basis for emergencies.
We are seeking a Service Supervisor for our clients' 352-unit apartment community located in Columbus, GA. The community thrives on resident satisfaction, and the Service Supervisor plays a crucial role in ensuring the maintenance operations run smoothly and efficiently.
As a Service Supervisor, you will oversee all maintenance operations on the property while adhering to the planned maintenance budget. You will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing maintenance issues in both vacant and occupied units, ensuring that all work is completed in a timely and professional manner. Leadership, technical expertise, and exceptional customer service skills are essential for success in this role.

Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise maintenance staff, ensuring all tasks are completed effectively and efficiently.
- Diagnose and repair basic and complex maintenance issues for residential units and common areas.
- Ensure all service requests are handled promptly and professionally to maintain resident satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance and safety inspections in compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
- Collaborate closely with the Community Manager and Regional Director, fulfilling additional duties and projects as assigned.
List Qualification or Requirements:
- Minimum four years of experience in on-site property maintenance.
- Level II or Universal EPA Refrigerant Certification is required.
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions effectively.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Availability for weekend work as needed and on-call responsibilities on a rotating basis for emergencies.
- Certified Pool Operator (CPO) certification is a plus.
