A Construction company is seeking a Project Coordinator to support their PM's and Accounting team.
Duties include:
- Plan, organize, and direct the activities of a large commercial construction project. This includes all PM support, meeting deadlines for paperwork, and ensuring Accounting is up to date with supporting documents.
- Pay applications entry and discrepancy research.
- Accounts Payable and Billing for projects.
Qualifications:
- At least two years working in Construction project support
- Must have entered Pay Applications
- Excel- must be able to create a Pivot Table
