Brighter Heights Maine is looking for engaging and patient DSPs to work in a home with just one resident.
Shift: Thursday 7p-7a, Friday 5p-7a, Saturday 5p-7a
Pay: $16-18/hr, may be higher depending on experience

DSP Qualifications
Education: High School Diploma or GED
Experience:
- One year of experience with adults in a supervised setting
- Must have strong Communication and computer skills
- Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
Licensure:
Must have an existing DSP Certificate and Certified Residential Medication Aide Certificate( CRMA) is highly preferred. If needed, we will provide CRMA training at no cost to you.
DSP Responsibilities:
- work with our clients, their families and other service providers to promote independence
- help them develop daily living skills, provide direct care and administer medication if you have your CRMA.
- assist with housekeeping, personal hygiene, transportation, meal prep, grocery shopping,
- take clients into the community for outings.
- always maintain respect for our clients and treat them with dignity
