Calling All Business Savvy Rising Stars (Georgia-Based!)
Do you crave a dynamic career-launching role where you can empower business owners and their families? We're an end-to-end advisory services firm seeking a bright and motivated Strategy & Operations Analyst to join our team.
Here's what makes this role stand out:
- Collaborative Culture: We believe in teamwork and building genuine connections. You'll work alongside a supportive team, including a Managing Director who will serve as both Manager and Mentor, to nurture your career success.
- Impactful Work: Your insights will directly impact the success of our clients, helping them navigate financial decisions and achieve their goals.
- Growth Opportunities: We invest in our people. This role offers the chance to develop your financial acumen, communication skills, and leadership potential. There is a significant bonus available to those who demonstrate a commitment to developing themselves professionally.
If you want to win the job, this is what you need to be bringing:
- Georgia Strong: You live in either Atlanta or Athens, or in a reasonably close suburb. We have twice-monthly collaborative workshops and team-building experiences, and there is just no substitute for a strong team culture early in your career journey.
- Business Background: A Business Major or Minor demonstrates your understanding of core business principles. Our clients are business owners. And, you don't need to have a business education to open a business, which is why it is so imperative that you can infuse your scholastic experience into those everyday client interactions.
- Strong Communicator: You can seamlessly switch gears, discussing financials and KPIs, going deep with executives into the calculations in a complex AI-driven Excel model, explaining customer experience best practices, and managing sales funnel engagement.
- Numbers & Nuance: You're comfortable with data analysis but can also translate complex information into clear, actionable insights. Among your first assignments will be working with a portable building manufacturer to build a dealer performance model and empower their Chief Sales Officer to identify hidden gem locations to grow incremental revenue. Success will be disintermediating Dollar General and WalMart's location strategy.
- Airport Test Ready: You can navigate professional situations with confidence and poise (details on the Airport Test: https://www.indeed.com/career-advice/interviewing/airport-test).
Bonus Points:
- Greek Connection: Being part of a social fraternity or sorority demonstrates your ability to build relationships, to prioritize work and fun, and thrive in collaborative environments. Playing a varsity sport is a perfectly suitable substitute.
- Campus Leadership: Significant campus leadership experience showcases your initiative and leadership potential.
- Pickleball Pro? Cornhole Connoisseur? We love a good game – it shows your competitive spirit and work-life balance!
The Fine Print:
- This is an entry-level role. While we recognize some candidates may bring significant, highly applicable experience, we prefer to train up into the role.
-
There is no visa sponsorship available. US Citizens and permanent residents are encouraged to apply.
-
This position is a 1099 independent contractor role for the first 12 months. Our clients are business owners and their families, and it is imperative that you can empathize with them. Thinking and acting like a business-owner is a necessary job skill. That said, when you prove your value, rewards will follow, including significant bonuses, a salary bump, and a shift to a W2 role.

You will need to be comfortable with ambiguity. The company has grown rapidly. Since our transformation from consulting project work to fractional diagnostic and delivery services 12 months ago, we have experienced over 400% revenue growth. The good news is we are built to scale, but there are some kinks to be worked out, and this role may have some growing pains as we align systems, processes, and tools to our growing workforce.
