Responsibilities:
Scheduling: Create and monitor project schedules in collaboration with managers.-
Progress Tracking: Update schedules and monitor project progress.

Documentation: Create and file turnover documents for service jobs.
-
Template Utilization: Set up standard project schedules using templates.
-
Purchase Orders: Develop requests and monitor shipments.
-
Reporting: Generate project reports with various departments.
-
Software Expertise: Be knowledgeable in project management and planning software.

Estimate Directories: Create and prepare as needed.
-
Subcontract Preparation: Assist in preparing and monitoring subcontracts.

Data Gathering: Provide necessary information for the team.
-
Change Orders: Assemble and track project change orders.
-
Proposal Preparation: Draft outline proposals and pricing templates.
-
Resource Support: Provide accurate data for hiring and business development.
-
Strategic Initiatives: Support organizational initiatives.
-
Meeting Support: Take notes, assign action items, and post notes appropriately.
-
Project Delivery: Potential responsibility for smaller projects.
-
New Hire Orientation: Assist with scheduling.
-
Travel Requests: Handle travel requests and expense reports.
-
Client Follow-Up: Keep clients informed about project status and manage issues.
Qualifications:
Education/Experience: Associate's degree or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school, or six months to one year of related experience/training.-
Travel Requirements: Minimal travel, determined by project needs.
