Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated working Hotel Front Desk Manager to join our team. As the Front Desk Manager, you will be working shifts and creating a team providing exceptional customer service. Must be able to work varied shifts including weekends. Our busy hotel welcomes guests both checking in and departing .This role requires a professional individual with excellent organizational skills , ability to multitask, a friendly demeanor and the ability to maintain calm during busy times.
Responsibilities:
Provide the warm and Refreshingly Local hotel experience guests expect from the Coast Wenatchee Center Hotel. Greet and assist Hotel Guests in a courteous and professional manner
Check Guests in and out of the hotel, Assign rooms and honor guest special needs . Handle busy phone calls. Make guest hotel reservations and more . Work Closely with Housekeeping and Maintenance. Schedule Staff to insure proper coverage. This is a Salaried Management position
Skills:
Prior Hotel Front Desk Experience a must. Organizational skills are essential for managing multiple tasks effectively
Exceptional customer service abilities to ensure client satisfaction
Strong phone etiquette to handle incoming calls professionally
Proficient in working with Microsoft Excel created spreadsheets and Word
