Transportation Products Sales Company located in O’Fallon, Missouri is a sales organization to the North American Railroad Industry.

Your primary responsibility will be to address the needs of our customers. Orders and inquiries are received via phone, email and online bid portals. It will take strong multi-tasking skills and attention to detail as you juggle several demands at once.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
- Acknowledge and respond in a timely fashion to all quote and order inquiries
- Help identify correct product for customers project
- Work with service team on product repairs, work in progress and billings
- Build sustainable relationships and trust with customers through open and interactive communication
- Recognize opportunities to generate sales leads and new customer development
- Be able to think on your feet and outside the box
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Minimum of one-year proven customer service experience and inside sales is a definite asset
- Computer skills such as MS office are an asset
- Clear communication and effective listening skills
- Exceptional telephone skills and etiquette
- Strong attention to detail and note taking
- Strong writing skills
