**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a skilled Baker / Dough Maker to join our team. You will be responsible for preparing and baking various types of products for our restaurant.
**Responsibilities:**
- Measure and mix ingredients to prepare dough following specific recipes
- Knead, roll, cut, and shape dough to form different types of bread.
- Operate and maintain kitchen equipment such as mixers, and ovens
- Monitor dough fermentation process to ensure quality and consistency
- Adhere to food safety standards and regulations
- Assist in inventory management of ingredients and supplies
**Skills:**
- Experience in food production or culinary arts
- Knowledge of dough and baking techniques
- Proficiency in using kitchen tools such as knives and dough cutters
- Understanding of food safety practices
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
