What you will be doing:
- Manage the company's social media accounts and paid social media campaignsFacebook, Instagram, YouTube, and paid campaigns
- Manage company's digital marketing
- Coordinating marketing events in the community and have the ability to engage an audience, including trade shows
- Be the first liaison between our various agencies
- Running reports and augmenting marketing tactics based on revenue generated
- Be the first point of contact for all media relations
- Managing company email campaigns
- Create new website content
- Responsible for market research and trends
Qualifications / Skills
- 2+ years of marketing experience or bachelor's degree in marketing
- Consistent track record of meeting and exceeding marketing goals
- Detail-oriented and highly organized with exceptional follow-through abilities
- Computer proficiency
- Experience running digital and social media campaigns
- Proficient with design software such as Photoshop, Illustrator and/or Canva
- Video and photography skills
- Google analytics experience desired
- CRM database management experience, we use ServiceTitan, a cloud-based system
- Creative and out of the box thinking
- A quick learner
- Ability to work independently and part of a team
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $42,296.03 - $50,937.15 per year
