Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented In-House Clinical Research Associate who has worked on the sponsor side to join our team. As a Clinical Research Associate, you will play a critical role in the planning, execution, and monitoring of clinical trials. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that all clinical research activities are conducted in accordance with regulatory guidelines and Good Clinical Practice (GCP) standards.
Duties:
- Assist in the development and implementation of clinical trial protocols
- Conduct patient monitoring visits to ensure protocol compliance and patient safety
- Collect and analyze data from clinical trials, including vital signs and blood sampling
- Collaborate with investigators and study coordinators to ensure accurate and timely data collection
- Maintain study documentation, including case report forms and regulatory documents
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and maintain patient confidentiality
- Assist in the preparation of study reports and presentations
- Participate in study meetings and provide updates on trial progress
Skills:
- Strong knowledge of clinical trials, clinical development, and clinical research processes
- Experience in patient monitoring, data collection, and analysis
- Familiarity with GCP guidelines and regulatory requirements for clinical research
- Proficient in medical terminology and ability to interpret medical records
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate documentation
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team
