Who We Are:
The Atlanta Community Food Bank is working to end hunger in our community with the food, people and big ideas needed so that no one worries where their next meal is coming from. Since 1979, we’ve been providing food for a growing network of nonprofit partners – including food pantries, community kitchens, childcare centers, night shelters and senior centers. We currently serve more than 700 partners in 29 counties across metro Atlanta and north Georgia.

About the Role:
The Donor Services Coordinator is intricate in executing processes to increase the integrity of our fundraising and relationship management database. This position is responsible for assisting with gift processing and providing excellent customer service. This individual will also work closely with our fundraisers to increase revenue from our matching gift program. This position is part of the Development department and reports to the Senior Manager, Development Operations & Analytics.
What You’ll Do:
Data Management and Review
Process large volume of gifts (pledges, live checks, credit cards, cash, stocks and ACH) using multiple software platforms
Data Entry and Other Administrative Tasks

What You’ll Need: Skills and Experience your resume should demonstrate:
Advanced knowledge of a fundraising CRM, including a work history of efficiency and accuracy in data entry and data management
Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel or comparable spreadsheet software with the ability to use data to track activity and to generate reports
Successful work history that demonstrates strong organizational skills, relentless attention to detail, and the ability to coordinate and prioritize routine tasks and meet deadlines with little supervision
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
