Responsibilities:
- Enhance effectiveness by providing information management support.
- Produce information by transcribing, formatting, inputting, editing, retrieving, copying, and transmitting text, data, and graphics.
- Organize work by reading and routing correspondence; collecting information; and initiating telecommunications.
- Manage department schedule by maintaining calendars for department personnel and arranging meetings, conferences, teleconferences, and travel.
- Complete requests by greeting customers, in person or on the telephone, and answering or referring inquiries.
- Maintain customer confidence and protect operations by keeping information confidential.
- Perform front desk tasks such as handling paperwork, managing phones, and addressing inquiries in a high-demand, often stressful environment.
- Be willing to work overtime hours as needed to ensure the smooth operation of the front desk.
