- Supervise RBTs and add them to the BACB.
-Implement behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
- Provide direct one-on-one therapy to individuals with autism spectrum disorder (ASD)
- Collect and record data on client progress and behavior
- Assist with the development and implementation of individualized treatment plans
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure effective communication and coordination of services
- Support clients in developing and improving social, communication, and daily living skills
- Use positive reinforcement techniques to promote desired behaviors and reduce challenging behaviors
- Maintain a safe and supportive environment for clients
