Job Summary:
Join our team as a Contracts Coordinator and be the backbone of our contractual services. You'll ensure smooth operations by maintaining client records accurately and building strong relationships. Your dedication to top-notch service and knack for improving processes will be key to our success.
Responsibilities:
- Manage various contract tasks from start to finish.
- Handle edits, updates, and cancellations efficiently.
- Help onboard new clients and assist with inquiries.
- Keep our systems organized and up-to-date.
- Support our team by tackling diverse tasks.
- Seek ways to make our processes better.
- Collaborate with colleagues to solve issues.
Qualifications:
- At least two years of Customer Service experience.
- Proficient in MS Office.
- Great communicator and team player.
- Organized and detail-oriented.
- Adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to multitask, adapt, and think critically in a fast-paced environment.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $21.00 - $24.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
