This position is a 30 hour a week role working 9am-3pm Monday-Friday.
Responsibilities of the Office Assistant include but are not limited to:
- Handling incoming calls and other customer service communications.
- Managing filing system.
- Greeting clients and visitors as needed.
- Updating paperwork, maintaining documents and word processing.
- Helping organize and maintain office common areas.
- Performing general office clerk duties and errands.
- Coordinating events as necessary.
- Maintaining merchandise inventory.
- Maintaining office equipment as needed.
- Aiding with client reception as needed.
- Creating, maintaining, and entering information into databases.
Requirements:
- At least 1 year of experience supporting professional office
- 2 years of experience in a customer focused environment
- Experience working in hospitality is a plus
