Duties:
1. Provide administrative assistance to department heads and staff members, including managing schedules, arranging meetings, and handling correspondence.
2. Serve as a central point of contact for the department, both internally and externally. This involves relaying messages, answering inquiries, and disseminating information as needed.
3. Maintain accurate records and documentation related to the department's activities, such as budgets, expenses, and project files.
4. Coordinate departmental projects and initiatives, including organizing workflows, assigning tasks, and ensuring deadlines are met.
5. Ensure departmental activities comply with organizational policies, procedures, and regulations.
6. Provide support to departmental staff members, including assisting with training, onboarding new employees, and fostering a positive work environment.
7. Address any issues or concerns that arise within the department, and collaborating with colleagues to find solutions.
8. Identify opportunities for process improvement within the department, and implementing strategies to enhance efficiency and productivity.
Qualifications
- Computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Customer service experience with a focus on satisfaction
- Strong administrative background with attention to detail
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Typing proficiency for data entry and documentation accuracy - Aspire Software experience preferred*
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.62 - $25.00 per hour
