Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Corporate Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the full cycle recruiting process, leveraging various channels and platforms to attract top talent. This role requires a proactive individual with a keen eye for identifying top-performing professionals who can drive business growth and innovation. Candidates with additional experience in Human Resources or Office Management will receive priority consideration.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage the full cycle recruiting process, from sourcing to onboarding, for various positions within the organization

Utilize various channels and platforms to attract top talent, including but not limited to job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals

Collaborate with hiring managers and team members to create or update job descriptions and understand hiring needs

Conduct candidate assessments and interviews, evaluating skills, experience, and culture fit with our company

Provide a seamless candidate experience throughout the recruitment process

Facilitate negotiations and assist in the transition to the onboarding process

Conduct industry and role research to stay updated on market trends and best practices

Evaluate current recruiting processes and provide ideas for improvement

Seek education and understanding of our business practices and initiatives to effectively recruit candidates who align with our goals
Qualifications:

BA/BS degree from accredited college/ university in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field

Additional experience in Human Resources or Office Management highly preferred

Proven experience as a Corporate Recruiter in professional services (M&A, Private Equity, Consulting, Startups, IT, Legal, Real Estate, etc) with a successful track record of sourcing and hiring top talent

Strong understanding of full cycle recruiting processes and best practices

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders

Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.

Demonstrated ability to think creatively and develop innovative recruiting methods

Proficient with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), LinkedIn Recruiter and other recruiting tools

Knowledge of employment laws and regulations

Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
