Education Coordinator
The Arkansas Health Care Association is seeking to hire an Education Coordinator.
As an Education Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing educational programs tailored to the needs of long term care professionals. You will collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to design curriculum, organize training sessions, and ensure the delivery of high-quality educational experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and update educational materials and resources specific to long term care.
- Coordinate and facilitate training sessions and workshops aimed at enhancing nursing skills and knowledge.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of educational programs and recommend improvements based on feedback and outcomes.
- Collaborate with nursing experts and educators to ensure curriculum relevance and accuracy.
- Maintain accurate records of educational activities and participant outcomes.
- Provide information, assistance and clarification to interested parties, corresponding regularly with other staff members, trainers and other stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in nursing education or professional development.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and work with a fast-paced team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
