Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Chief Financial Officer to join our team. The CFO will be responsible for overseeing all financial aspects of the company and driving the company's financial strategy and planning.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement financial strategies in line with company goals
- Provide strategic financial input and leadership on decision-making issues affecting the organization
- Monitor and direct the implementation of strategic business plans
- Manage the capital request and budgeting processes
- Ensure full transparency over the financial performance of the company
- Provide advice on how to increase revenue and reduce costs
- Analyze the company's financial results with respect to profits, trends, costs, and compliance with budgets
- Develop financial and tax strategies
- Manage relationships with banks and other financial institutions
- Prepare reliable current and forecasting reports
Requirements:
- MBA or bachelor's degree in business, accounting or finance is required.
-Proven experience as CFO or in a relevant role
- In-depth knowledge of corporate finance and accounting principles, laws, and best practices
- Solid understanding of financial statistics and accounting principles
- Excellent knowledge of data analysis and forecasting methods
- Proficient in the use of MS Office and financial management software (e.g., SAP)
- Ability to strategize and solve problems
