JOB SUMMARY
Stocks machining lines, assembly lines, loads finished goods, unloads containers from customer, and unloads raw materials for manufacturing automotive engine components.
Weekly pay. Starting wage $18.00 per hour.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES
Provides assembly parts at the beginning of each shift and throughout the day to ensure line assembly and machining line is stocked with necessary raw materials.
Moves finished product to the proper storage area.
Prepares shipping boxes ensuring quantities and proper documentation (stickers) for proper shipping and loading.
Unloads trucks of raw materials and supplies, move materials to departments for necessary inspections, ensure quantities and stock storage areas.
Maintains empty shipping boxes by removing all plastic labels, papers, and any unnecessary stickers prior to storing them in the proper storage area.
Maintains cleanliness of area by emptying all chip carts.
Maintains waste streams as designated by the environmental management system.
