Job description
Responsibilities: - Provide excellent customer service and support to clients and their families- Assist with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming- Assist with meal preparation if needed- Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients- Provide emotional support and companionship to clients- Document clients care activities accurately and timely
Experience: - Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred- Experience in direct support or client care is a plus- Knowledge of assisted living, nursing home, or dementia care is beneficial- Ability to perform heavy lifting when necessary- Familiarity with first aid procedures is desirable
