Bonus Description: A sign-on bonus of $15,000, with $14,900 disbursed within the first 30 days of commencement and the remaining $100 at the completion of 24 months.
Shift: Full Time Night Shift; .9 FTE - 36 hours per week

Patient Care: Provide high-quality, patient-centered care to women in the OB unit, including labor and delivery, postpartum, and gynecological care.

Clinical Skills: Perform comprehensive assessments, administer medications, and monitor patient progress.

Collaboration: Work closely with obstetricians, midwives, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans.

Support: Offer emotional support and education to patients and their families, guiding them through the childbirth process and postpartum care.

Documentation: Maintain accurate and detailed patient records, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.

Education: Associate's or Bachelors degree in Nursing (BSN preferred).

Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in obstetrics or womens health.

Experience in LDRP nursing required

Licensure: Current RN license in the state of Wisconsin.

Certifications: BLS and NRP certification required; additional OB certifications preferred.

Neonatal Resuscitation Program certification required on hire or within 6 months of hire

Skills: Strong clinical, communication, and interpersonal skills with a focus on patient-centered care.
