Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Provide guests with a high level of customer service by greeting them, answering their calls or emails, and handling any complaints they may have
- Maintain the cleanliness of the hotel’s common areas, including its restrooms and breakfast area
- Unpack guest items and restock supplies from hotel to hotel during daily deliveries or special requests
- Maintain stock levels in hotel inventory (e.g., towels, toiletries) in your area of responsibility
- Report any maintenance issues with hotel rooms to the appropriate department or supervisor
- Assist Front Desk Manager with maintaining the appearance of the hotel lobby area by restocking linens, breakfast items, and place settings
- Perform other miscellaneous tasks as assigned by Front Desk Manager or Hotel Manager
- Check Guests In/Out, Billing, Running End of Day
- Assist with any guest requests
Experience/Education/Qualifications:
High School diploma or equivalent required
- Customer Service experience required
- Be flexible with schedule
- Open Availablility
- Knowledge of computers
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $14.00 - $15.00 per hour
Expected hours: 16 – 32 per week
