Responsibilities:
- Manage office supplies and equipment, ensuring availability and functionality
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and events
- Supervise administrative staff, providing guidance and support
- Handle budgeting and financial tasks, including expense tracking and reporting
- Maintain office policies and procedures to ensure operational effectiveness
- Assist in clerical duties such as data entry, filing, and correspondence
- Oversee office maintenance and organization to promote a productive work environment
- Collaborate with team members to facilitate effective communication and workflow
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in Office Management or related role
- Proficiency in QuickBooks and MS Office Suite
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Experience in budgeting and financial management
- Prior experience in team management is a plus
- Knowledge of event planning is advantageous
