Job description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Superintendent. The Superintendent will be responsible for overseeing daily construction activities, managing subcontractors, coordinating schedules, and ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget. The Superintendent will also be responsible for maintaining safety standards and quality control.
Qualifications
· Strong knowledge of construction processes and techniques
· Experience in managing and coordinating construction projects
· Excellent leadership and communication skills
· Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction documents
· Knowledge of building codes and regulations
· Proficiency in project management software
· Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
· Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
· Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
· Experience with government asset owners and large government projects
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $80,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
