Manages the activities of all shipping, receiving, and inventory workers concerned with shipping, receiving, inventorying, picking, and preparing products for both national and international customers.
- Controls and manages the departments by identifying work procedures, prepare work schedules, and expedite workflow.
- Issue written and oral instructions.
- Examine work for exactness, neatness, and conformance to customer’s shipping and packaging requests and procedures.
- Standardize procedures to improve efficiency of workers.
- Maintain harmony among workers and resolve grievances.
- Ensure correct shipment of all jobs have been completely processed and verified accurate through quality with the correct required paperwork.
- Monitor supervisors, leads, material handlers, forklift drivers, and CDL drivers for productivity.
- Have constant communication with our suppliers and internal departments to ensure of on time delivery.
- Have Interaction with our vendors and the sales department to address their needs, inquiries and requests.
- Review and monitor production schedules for most accurate results with consideration to capacity levels, efficiency, etc.
- Reviewing and monitoring ordering systems and acting on order releases to meet our overall goal of customer satisfaction, while ensuring compliance with our company policy.
- Directly manages all materials personnel and activity.
- All other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree (Accounting B.S. or B.A.) from four-year college or university; or three to five years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Pay: $85,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
