As a Sr. Program Controls Manager, you should possess a strong background in core project controls functions of Capital Projects and Program Management. In this role, you will need to be familiar and have experience with design-build programs/projects. You will provide leadership and project controls expertise. In addition, you will work closely with the client, the design-build team members, project managers, sub-consultants, and project stakeholders to successfully lead all aspects of Project Controls. Your duties may include, but not be limited to, development and implementation of project controls procedures, schedules, budgets, work breakdown structures, workflows, reports, preparation of presentations, auditing of invoices, T&M tickets, certified payrolls, monthly reporting and risk analysis. Other responsibilities will include participating in meetings, coordinating with in-house client personnel to establish project controls requirements, meeting with contractors to develop, update, and maintain schedules and budgets, preparing time impact analysis, and analyzing delays and delay claims. Ability to prepare and oversee bidding process, including packaging, leveling, analysis, and award recommendations.

Provide support and leadership to the Project team for Document Control, Cost, Schedule, and Risk Management

Experience in all aspects of the project, including scope development, change/claims negotiations, cost control, staff management, and quality control

Excellent skills with Microsoft Office Suite, e-Builder, Primavera, Oracle Unifier, BIM, and other database driven systems

Establish and maintain work plans to forecast project financials and compare against budgets, including earned value analysis as required

Ability to functionally coordinate with both internal and external business processes and to blend the requirements of both

Oversee auditing of contract documents

Design, update and maintain various project-specific reports as required

Experience
-
Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) (engineering or construction management a plus)

15 plus years’ experience in project controls/program controls/construction management; experience on multiple sides of the business (i.e., consultant, owner, owner rep, contract/architect, contractor, engineer) a plus

Minimum of 10 years of experience as Project Controls Manager on Design-Build projects is desirable.

Strong knowledge of financial systems and procedures

Field experience preferred

OSHA- 30, DBIA, CCM, PMP, and PMI certifications preferred.

Salary: $170,000.00 - $190,000.00 per year
