Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing Manager with a unique blend of strategic prowess, hands-on creative design skills, and experience in managing company assets as well as marketing and social media related accounts. This role requires a creative visionary who can lead marketing campaigns, contribute artistic direction and manage assets effectively.
Responsibilities:
· Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans to drive brand awareness, generate leads, and increase sales.
· Manage all aspects of digital marketing, including website optimization, SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media, and online advertising campaigns.
· Create engaging content for various channels, such as blog posts, newsletters, social media posts, and videos, to attract and retain customers.
· Collaborate with the sales team to develop and create marketing materials and strategies to support sales efforts.
· Conduct market research and analyze customer insights to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive threats.
· Monitor and report on key performance metrics, such as website traffic, conversion rates, and ROI, to measure the effectiveness of marketing initiatives.
· Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously improve marketing strategies and tactics.
· Manage relationships with external vendors, agencies, and partners to support marketing objectives.
· Work cohesively and diligently with all team members to coordinate content for blogs, landing pages, e-mail newsletters, promotional materials, etc.
· Coordinate participation in trade shows, events, and other promotional activities to enhance brand visibility and generate leads.
· Lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals, providing guidance, support, and feedback to foster their growth and development.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
· Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing, with a focus on digital marketing and strategy development.
· Proven track record of driving results through strategic marketing initiatives.
· Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and influence stakeholders.
· Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement.
· Knowledge of e-commerce platforms and experience with WooCommerce or similar platforms is desirable.
· Proficiency in WordPress and experience with website development and management, including familiarity with page builders like Elementor and Zapier.
· Comfortable using Windows and Microsoft Office (i.e. Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams, etc.)
· Proficient with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.) for crafting high-quality creative and marketing materials.
