Job title: Therapist FSP/DMH and WRAP - Salary for these positions is annual salary.

Therapist will contribute to the goals and objectives of Tessie Cleveland Community Services Corporation (TCCSC) and its mission by exercising independent judgement to counsel clients and their families through individual and group treatment methods. This position is responsible for the oversight of Case Managers, as well as their delivery of services to clients and families. Therapist participates in the quality assurance of agency documentation and policies, provides professional consultation to interpersonal and intrapersonal disciplinary teams or members as well as working with families to ensure clients goal attainment.
Key Tasks:
1. Provides individual, family and group psychotherapy to clients in the field or community locations convenient for the client by using theory and interventions to guide treatment.
2. Conduct biopsychosocial assessments (to determine medical necessity) and develop an individualized treatment plan for each assigned client, including specific interventions, frequency of treatment sessions, and estimated duration to address identified goals. The treatment plan should include linkages, and or behavior modifications to be implemented.
3. Monitors client’s progress toward meeting goals, supports and assists the client in developing and maintaining skills for daily living, including medical, dental, psychological and psychiatric services. In addition, therapist will provide guidance in money management, the use of education, socialization, rehabilitation and other social services necessary to assist client with achieving treatment goals.
4. Utilizes the Shared Core Practice model to deliver services that incorporate the guiding principles of: engaging, teaming, assessment, planning and intervention, and tracking and adapting.
5. Participates in multi-disciplinary team conference to discuss and evaluate the nature of the client’s problem, to evaluate the client’s progress, and to develop disposition plans.
6. Attends all mandatory meeting, including staffing’s, group supervision and be able to participate, facilitate and/or teach if needed.
7. Completes and submits all documentation timely, accurately and according to TCCSC policies and procedures, as directed by supervisor.
8. Responds to emergencies utilizing crisis intervention techniques to deescalate individual and/or family situations.
9. Assigns, directs and oversees the implementation of services and objectives of the Rehab Specialist and/or Case Manager assigned under their supervision. Reviews and approves Rehab Specialist and/or Case Managers documentation.
10. Participates in quality assurance and continuous quality improvement.
11. Be familiar with and adhere to all agency policy and procedures.
12. Will adhere to other duties assigned by supervisor, manager and/or coordinator.
Job title: Therapist - Outpatient Therapist (OCP) - $72,888.14 ANNUALLY
FLSA Status: Exempt - Preferably Bilingual

· Must have one year of direct experience with severely emotional disturbed children in an inpatient and/or outpatient health care setting (waived at the discretion of management).
· Knowledgeable in areas of crisis intervention, early childhood development and family dynamics.
· Must possess basic computer skills.
· Must be able to read, write and speak English fluently.
· Possess a valid Class C or higher driver’s license and insurability by the agency insurance carrier (s) as well as have privately owned insurance.
· Must have an acceptable means of transportations necessary to fulfil job duties.
Credentials Required:
· Licensed, Registered or Waived Clinical Social Worker or Licensed, Registered or Waived Marriage and Family Therapist by the California Board and Behavioral Sciences. Master’s degree in psychology, social work or marriage and family therapy from an accredited college or university is required.
· Will obtain LCSW/LMFT within 12 months of completing the Board of Behavioral Sciences requirements.
Physical Demands:
· While performing the duties of this job, the employee regularly operates a computer
and other office machinery. The employee frequently moves about inside the office and outside. Occasionally lifts and carries stacks of documents weighing up to 25lbs.
· Communicates with others in the office environment and outside the office environment.
· The employee frequently works in outdoor setting and is exposed to outdoor weather conditions.
· Must be able to remain in a stationary position for extended periods of the time.
· Employee is mobile.
Work Environment:
