Overview:

If you're looking for the stability of a profitable, growing company with the entrepreneurial spirit of a startup, we're hiring. SageSure, a leader in catastrophe-exposed property insurance, is seeking a Manger, Field Reinspection. As SageSure's Claims team grows, you'll be an integral player in ensuring we scale our claims operations with the highest level of quality and accuracy, by leading the development and implementation of a reinspection team. This role will involve building a high-performing team, overseeing reinspection activities, and driving continuous improvement in accuracy and efficiency, using data driven insights where possible.

What you'd be doing:

Design and implement a reinspection program, fostering a culture of accuracy and excellence within our Field Claims Operations, Third-Party Administrator (TPA) programs and Managed Repair programs.
In collaboration with the Claims Quality and Compliance Program Manager, lead the development and implementation of a reinspection program.
Establish a data-driven approach to team performance through metrics and quality control, coupled with individual coaching, to ensure continuous improvement and maximize business value.
Analyze the teams' deliverables to ensure findings are consistent, accurate and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
Partner with Operations and Optimization to develop and implement strategies to minimize discrepancies and enhance the accuracy of property damage assessments.
Champion a collaborative environment that fosters a growth mindset across teams, driving continuous improvement and innovation through cross-functional partnerships.
Foster collaboration and transparency by actively socializing reinspection results with peers, leadership, and vendors.
Aggregate findings, recommend data-driven improvement initiatives, and oversee their implementation to capture measurable improvements in accuracy.
Serve as an expert resource for direct reports, Quality, Operations and Optimization.
Stay informed of industry regulatory requirements related to property damage assessments

We're looking for someone who has:

Bachelor's degree required.
5+ years of property and field claims experience and/or property reinspection experience
2+ years of experience managing a team; a track record of rapid scaling of high-performing agile teams.
Strategic thinker with the ability to execute.
Excellent communication, experience managing multiple priorities and working closely with stakeholders on timely execution of deliverables.
Able to perform work with limited supervision, while owning the ability to effectively prioritize and manage daily workflow and project assignments to meet specified deadlines.
Experience with data interpretation, data analysis, OKR/metric generation, and performance measurement experience.
An exceptional coach that can bring out the best in their teams and is committed to the development of their team.
Willing to travel up to 25% - Territory covering Houston, Dallas, and Austin surrounding areas

Highly preferred candidates also have:

Experience working within data-driven organizations
Claims training experience or oversight preferred
Program Management experience
Professional designation(s) or advanced degree
Catastrophe claims support experience
