Overview:
Role: Assistant Media Planner
Location: Irving, TX or Chicago, IL
Tracy-Locke is looking for an Assistant Media Planner to join our team!
The Assistant Media Planner will have the opportunity to gain a general understanding of advertising, media planning, and media activation. This role will support the team on day-to-day stewarding of media activity on assigned accounts. They support the planning, buying, campaign activation, and optimizations for all media programs. This person must be able to work independently and be enthusiastic to learn multiple media channels; planning based on sound strategy, media buying, and media activation.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic shopper media plans.

Maintain a deep understanding of the client business goals and objectives.

Develops media audiences and targeting recommendations based on the client and retailer needs.

Seeks out developmental opportunities and actively participates in agency and professional training initiatives while keeping a pulse of the overall media marketplace.

Demonstrates an eagerness to stay abreast of emerging digital trends and technologies.

Qualifications:
- Experience in media planning and buying, including internships.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word, Powerpoint).
