Position Overview:
We are a growing brokerage seeking a key team member to join us as a Marketing Coordinator and Licensed Assistant. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in managing and executing our marketing strategies, including property-specific campaigns, digital marketing, and branding, while also providing operational and client support to the brokerage.

Responsibilities:
Marketing
Property Marketing
· Listing Promotion: Create and arrange delivery or personally deliver "Just Listed/Coming Soon" and "Just Sold" postcards, door hangers, brochures, and other necessary materials.
· Open House Marketing: Plan and promote open houses via social media, email, and direct mail. Coordinate Open House logistics with contractors.
Digital Marketing
· Manage and update the company’s social media accounts, creating engaging content and monitoring interactions.
· Assist in the development and maintenance of the company website, ensuring content is current and SEO-optimized using online advertising when appropriate.
· Create and distribute marketing campaigns, including newsletters and promotional emails.
Content Creation & Branding
· Creative Content: Develop and produce compelling content, including blog posts, newsletters, and email campaigns, to engage potential clients and build the brand. (Don’t worry- you’ll have help implementing - we just need a ringleader to make sure the projects are executed!)
· Consistent Branding: Maintain and enhance the company’s brand identity through all marketing materials, social media and communications, ensuring consistency and quality.
Strategic Marketing Campaigns:
· Plan, develop, and execute integrated marketing campaigns to generate new business, recruitment or other strategic goals.
· Coordinate the creation of marketing materials in both print and digital content as needed.
· Track and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns using various metrics.
Broker Assistance:
· Act as the broker's right-hand person, providing administrative and operational support. Responsibilities include managing transaction details and coordinating between Listing and Transaction Coordinators, contractors, and clients to ensure no detail is overlooked.
· Review/organize and respond to Broker’s email daily. Maintain Broker's Calendar. Coordinate and schedule appointments and property showings.
· Sales Support: Help ensure that the Broker has the support and organization required to achieve his personal and brokerage sales goals and help track goals.
· Strategic Initiatives: Support the broker in planning and executing strategic initiatives such as updates to Buyer guides or Listing presentations, CRM/tech changes, documenting new procedures, growth and prospecting goals, market research and competitor analysis.
· Oversee office operations, including ordering supplies, managing vendors, and maintaining a functional workspace.
· Lifestyle support, as needed. Broker is a busy professional with two teenage boys and wears multiple hats. He is focused and driven but occasionally needs assistance arranging a date night, dropping off a forgotten laptop charger for a kiddo or managing a family project.
Client Support:
· Personal Touches: Send personalized birthdays, home anniversaries, holiday greetings, and congratulatory messages to clients.
· Client Drop Offs & Gift Selection: Plan and manage seasonal drop-offs of small gifts or tokens of appreciation to existing VIP clients. Select and distribute closing gifts, thank-you gifts, and referral rewards to clients.
· CRM Maintenance: Update our client relationship management (CRM) with client interactions, preferences, and important dates for personalized service.
· Event Planning: Organize client appreciation events, such as Astros games, happy hours, holiday parties, and community gatherings to reinforce client loyalty.
· Assist with: Property showings and meeting clients and contractors as needed.
Qualifications:
· Proven experience in a marketing capacity and/or prior experience in Real Estate
· Extremely proficient in social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, X, Linkedin, etc.), Canva and technology in general. This is non-negotiable as much of your work will be computer-based.
· Familiarity with AI is preferred.
· Licensed Realtor in Texas or willing to obtain Real Estate License.
· Exceptional organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple deadlines.
· Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively and professionally with individuals at all levels.
· Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
· Positive, fun, “let’s get it done” attitude.

Pay: $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
