Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Responsibilities

As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) at Bella Vista Health Center, your primary responsibilities include:
Vital Signs Monitoring: You will regularly measure and record vital signs, such as blood pressure, temperature, pulse, and respiratory rate, ensuring accurate documentation.
Assistance with Daily Activities: You will provide compassionate support to residents with their daily activities, including bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and eating, promoting their independence and well-being.
Charting and Documentation: Accurate and timely documentation of resident observations, provided care, and any changes in their condition is essential for effective communication within the care team.
Reporting to Nursing Staff: Collaborating closely with the licensed nursing staff, you will provide comprehensive and timely reports on resident conditions, concerns, and notable changes to ensure the best possible care.
