Full Job Description

Post-Closing Specialist and Employee will work from the San Juan, Puerto Rico office location.
Employee will work closely with Underwriting, Appraisal, Closing, Accounting, Operations and Processing Departments to ensure a seamless sale of loan.
Employee will review closing packages for government loans and export file for submission to agencies for insuring.
Employee will send accurate information to the agency, including both full loan file and electronic delivery, when needed.
Employee will research and respond to agency inquiries, conditions and NORs (Notice of Rejection).
Employee will provide feedback assistance to other departments, as needed.
Employee will cross-train in file review and other Post-Closing functions, upon operational necessity.
Employee will perform daily reporting on status of submitted loans and update LOS to ensure accurate daily reports.
Employee will manage work activity using Company reporting dashboards and meet SLAs (Service Level Agreements).
Employee will prepare and send correspondence to borrower and/or agencies, as needed.
Employee will maintain communication with customers, Mortgage Loan Originators, Underwriters, Loan Processors and all other departments to ensure proper and timely execution of loans.
Employee will maintain a high level of customer service, communication, and professionalism with both internal and external parties to always promote the image and philosophy of Company.
Employee will assist other employees and departments, as needed.
Employee will maintain a professional and positive attitude.
Employee will complete any additional duties assigned by Employee's Team Lead and/or Department Manager, as needed.
Employee will maintain a focus on enhancing customer service skills and knowledge.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $18.00 per hour
